Delete your ConfHub account & data

ConfHub is a product of Abblor. You own your data and can permanently delete your account and the data associated with it at any time. The in-app flow is recommended because it verifies your session and deletes the account immediately.

Option 1 - Delete inside ConfHub (recommended, instant)

1. Sign in to ConfHub at https://confhub.in/admin/login.
2. Open Settings in the admin console.
3. Scroll to the Danger zone section and click Delete my account.
4. Type DELETE in the confirmation dialog and confirm.
5. You are signed out immediately. Personal profile data is anonymized and sign-in access is removed within seconds.

Option 2 - Request deletion by email

1. Email privacy@abblor.com from the email registered to your ConfHub account if you cannot sign in.
2. Use the subject line "ConfHub — Delete my account".
3. Include your registered email and (optionally) the display name on your account. No other personal information is required.
4. We verify the request by replying from privacy@abblor.com and asking you to confirm.
5. On confirmation we delete the account and associated data within 7 working days and email you a confirmation.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in access is removed immediately.
• Your personal profile data, including email and display name, is anonymized.
• Authentication sessions and API tokens are invalidated immediately.

What is kept, and for how long

• Encrypted database backups: retained up to 30 days by our managed database provider for disaster-recovery only, then automatically purged.
• Anonymized request logs: high-level access logs (timestamps, status codes, IP truncated to /24) retained up to 90 days for security investigations. They contain no email addresses or content.
• Records required by law: only when required by a regulator or court order, and only for the required period.

Deletion is permanent

Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered, even by us. To use ConfHub again you would need to be invited or register a fresh account.
